those signified by saying I any oppos same sign okay general manager report Brandon thank you Mr chairman yeah there we go uh two reports this morning one is the lake level and pumpage Report Byron Trent will deliver that and then Larry hair will give us the presentation on the project updates good morning on the U lake level and pumpage Report um similarly like before we'll go through the total columns uh starting on the left our current rainfall total uh for Lake of TOA was 39.9 in and our normal is 46.8 in um which left us in a deficit of 6.82 in below our normal rainfall average for this 12-month range uh TOA Lake received a total of 25,0 22 acre feet uh from MCA during this 12- month range uh a TOA Lake had an average elevation elevation slightly under 587 ft for the 12- month period at this elevation the lake volume averaged 93,9 52 acre feet and its Capa capacity was considered 85% full pumpage from February of 2022 to January of 2023 totaled 76 6,161 acre feet um as I mentioned earlier with the added or the current rainfalls we are 6 Ines below normal and uh very thankful for MCA pumping last year because we were dropping quick with the uh drought and Rain conditions so they were a big big help for the L that's all I have good afternoon chairman trustees or good morning rather I'd like to start off with the uh aoka roads um the item uh we have amended the engineers contract to go further into the study of what's the failure of the road itself especially that section in the red that you see here um the concern was that we're probably experiencing some slippage from that mountain that the road is carved into the good news is not from slippage to the mountain it's just uh highly active Clays um that shrink and swell as it gets wet um about 12 to 24 Ines down so the recommendation is to replace um and mitigate the uh the shrink swell clays with pot so or pot as or lime um the rate of the failure mode for the item in yellow uh is due to the being beaten up by heavy construction equipment for the from the Reconstruction of the dam so um the engineering continue with the design we're expecting the draft uh engineering report soon and then uh we'll proceed with uh design and construction updated construction estimates uh for these roads is a combined total of about $6.8 million going up and down the uh the uh aoka pipeline uh for the uh segment between Pump Station o and the Colgate pump station that is being done by Oscar Renda Contracting U for about 3.3 years uh currently they're doing some uh clearing and grubbing activities up and down the pipeline uh they're also getting set up to Tunnel the Muddy bogy Creek uh to get underneath that uh it's kind of like what was going on for another project I'm going to talk about later on but not to that extent um from Stonewall to Ada um it's approximately 9.63 mile long pipeline um that we open bid last November uh we have mcke utilities Contracting uh winning it for 28.27433 excuse me adaa to Canadian to the Canadian river there along the uh stretch of that pipeline we're going through some neighborhoods and we're doing some tunneling underneath roads so that we don't cut off access to people's homes uh and neighborhoods uh so that's going on as well also along the tunneling front um we are going underneath the uh Highway 377 or otherwise Highway 9 there around Bing Oklahoma we have a casing pipe that was already installed uh back in 2010ish uh so all they have to do is just push the pipe through that uh underneath the highway through that casing pipe already there um I've also got news that they have completed tunneling underneath Highway one which is just Northwest of the Ada Pump Station the uh Canadian river crossing is the one I was referring to earlier the one were boring underneath the Canadian river um we have three uh four drives or tunnels that we refer to drive one and drive two which are in green have been completed the tunneling is complete the uh carrier pipe has been installed and welded up drive three which is the 72 in indicated in red um we have gotten as far as completely underneath the river we're now under uh the other side of the river bank and uh we have not started uh work yet on drive four which is the 60inch uh tunnel uh we have contracted with uh SRB the trust engineer to update the emergency action plan for the uh TOA Dam and Mr Mark long will give us an update on that thank you Mr chairman and trustees the uh emergency action plan uh for the aoka dam uh needed to be updated for two primary reasons number one the uh improvements to the spillway and the dam itself that were completed uh a couple of years back and then also due to regulatory changes from the Oklahoma Water Resources board the previous emergency action plan had been updated in 2013 so those two factors are why we embarked on this project um we are near complete with the actual emergency action plan I did want to thank Mr Danny delay the city manager he's been very helpful in helping to provide the local response along with Chief Dodson and then I also want to thank Travis Mullins of your staff uh they are going to be critical for the any emergency action activities that would go on uh in the need of of that situation we are looking forward to later this year uh we will once we've got it the emergency action plan approved by o owrb we will do a workshop where we actually will simulate some of the scenarios for uh various emergency levels and so that will be something that we'll be looking uh to do later in the calendar year thank you any questions from anyone yeah that's all I have any questions thank you thank you that's all I have Mr Mayor thank you sir move down this is any citizens to be heard today hearing none we are adjourned thank you all for coming
