[Music] [Music] let me start off first the line maintenance division appreciates the support from our community and the Le leers s new facility new facility provide more adequate space for daily maintenance functions and help us be prepared for sewer and water emergencies in our community the new facility will allow the division to Stage equipment inside and out of the weather element so that we can respond quicker and more efficiency to emergencies in our community for the distribution and collection system so one of the features we have a new training and development room where before we would always have to go downtown or to another facility and move trucks equipment parking now we have room for DEQ training for Renewal hours that are required by the state of Oklahoma for our guys to be licensed we also have indoor storage for equipment so we can stage out of the elements when uh vehicle's ready to roll it's kind of like a fire department parked inside we get a line break at 2:00 in the morning staff arise they raise the bay door truck thebco the skid steer everything is ready so it helps us to respond a little bit quicker to the community the sewer division has a shop and it maintains five overhead bay doors where we can park pothole machines flush trucks uh equipment that has to have water in it so we don't want it outside to freeze we also have a welding area and a pump tear down area that when we pull a pump out of a lift station that is is broke or down we bring it in and we rebuild it inh house oursel to save resources from going outside the Water Division has a shop it has five overhead bay doors where they keep equipment to be stag in case of emergency 2:00 in the morning something happens they open the bay they're ready to roll they're not outside in the dark trying to put everything together they also have an area where they test at the workbench they test water meters to make sure the accuracy of the water meter is correct when a customer has an issue with it and we have a welding shop we do a lot of fabricating ourself inhouse to save resources from going outside yeah and and we really appreciate the support from the community um for our new location we're we're housed right directly across the street from the water treatment plant we work hand inand with them each day so if there's an issue they see something in a pressure plane we can react a whole lot quicker and just the communication has been great uh we don't share the facility with traffic with Fleet with sanitation anymore so it's less cars and trucks coming in and around and gives our guys a place that they feel like it's their home [Music]
