THIS IS PEDRO RODRIGUEZ, FERNANDEZ ARRESTED DECEMBER 13TH AFTER ALLEGEDLY ATTACKING ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES, OKLAHOMA CITY POLICE SEARCHED HIS HOME. THEY FOUND, QUOTE, A LARGE AMOUNT OF WEAPONS IN GUN SUPPRESSORS ENDED UP CALLING IN THE ATF BECAUSE OF THAT A FEDERAL HOLD WAS PLACED ON RODRIGUEZ MEAN HE COULD NOT BE LET OUT OF JAIL WITHOUT FEDERAL CLEARANCE. BUT JUST 24 HOURS LATER, OAKLAND CITY POLICE SAY THE DETENTION CENTER LET HIM GO ON ACCIDENT. THANKFULLY, OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO CATCH UP TO HIM AT HIS HOME, BRING IT BACK TO JAIL. EARLIER THIS MONTH, THOUGH, ACCIDENTALLY RELEASED TO MID JUST DAYS APART. JOSHUA HARDT TAKEN BACK INTO CUSTODY A DAY AFTER HE WAS LET OUT.
