TO DO NEXT. SLUDGING THROUGH 11 YEARS OF MEMORIES. MASTER BEDROOM COURT ABOUT THE WORST OF IT THAT YOU COULD SEE A GUTHRIE FAMILY IS NOW LIVING IN A HOTEL AFTER THEIR HOME BURST INTO FLAMES WEDNESDAY. ONCE I SAW THE FLAMES, I JUST KNEW THAT IT WAS PROBABLY GOING TO BE CATASTROPHIC. JONATHAN WAS MOWING THE LAWN WHEN HE PARKED THE MOWER TO GO INSIDE AND TALK TO HIS WIFE. LAWN MOWERS PARKED HERE, AND JUST SIX MINUTES LATER, HE CAME HIGHTAILING IT OUT AND SAID, HONEY, THE HOUSE IS ON FIRE. CALL 9111. SO THIS WAS OUR FOREVER HOME. I'M STANDING ON THE BACK PORCH WHERE FIREFIGHTERS BELIEVE THE FIRE STARTED. NOW THE FAMILY SAYS THEIR HOME IS A TOTAL LOSS. THIS, OF COURSE, WAS BAND ROOM WHERE I MADE ALL MY MUSIC.
I'VE BEEN DOING MUSIC IN HERE FOR TEN YEARS. YOU SEE IT HAPPENING ALL THE TIME. YOU JUST NEVER THINK IT WOULD HAPPEN TO YOU. AND WHEN IT DOES, IT'S JUST KIND OF A SURREAL EVENT. THE FAMILY ESCAPED SAFELY ONCE THE FIRE WAS PUT OUT. THE FAMILY RUSHED BACK INSIDE TO RESCUE THE ONE THING THEY CARED MOST ABOUT. THAT WAS MY FIRST INSTINCT TO SIT IN THE HALL CLOSET. THERE'S A WHOLE ROW OF PHOTO ALBUMS AND JUST WE JUST GATHERED THEM UP AND TOOK THEM OUTSIDE. NOW THE FAMILY IS RELYING ON THE COMMUNITY TO HELP THEM REBUILD AND RISE FROM THE ASHES. WE JUST SUPPORT. WE NEED ALL THE SUPPORT,.
